Installation/Replacement
We specialize in installation and replacement of both heating and cooling systems. We can help you determine the best choices for your individual home’s needs. We work with a variety of excellent quality products that will help you conserve energy while meeting your heating and cooling requirements. We handcraft ducting and venting systems to fit your space and maximize efficiency.
SEER Ratings
Air conditioners and furnaces/heaters are rated using the by Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) system. A higher SEER rating means a more efficient system. Today’s units are more energy efficient, so a replacement system may reduce your energy usage and therefore be advisable. Since 2006, all new systems are required to have a rating of at least 13 SEER, compared to 6 to 7 SEER before 2006.
Air Conditioning Systems: 13 SEER to 20+ SEER
Today’s high efficiency air conditioning systems provide better cooling and dehumidification. They also can lower operating costs by as much as 50%.
Furnaces: Forced Air & Boilers from 78% to 98%+
A high efficiency furnace brings comfort and warmth to your home at a lower operating cost. The savings can be as much as 50%.
Heat Pumps: From 13 SEER to 20+ SEER/From 8.0 HSPF to 9.5 HSPF
Today’s high efficiency heat pumps provide better heating, cooling and dehumidification than those of 5-10 years ago at a lower operating cost.

Filters
We stock the full range of filters required for the heating and cooling systems we install and repair and would be pleased to furnish you with the correct filters for your system. We keep records of which systems are installed by each of our customers, so simply call us to order your filters and we will gladly have them delivered to your door at a very reasonable price.
