In 2008, Bethesda Refrigeration became a ValueStar Customer-Rated Gold service business, reflecting our delivery of exceptionally high customer service as reported by our customers in a randomized telephone survey conducted by ValueStar, an independent ratings service.

For us to qualify as Customer-Rated Gold,  ValueStar also confirmed the adequacy of our insurance and license, and our good credit standing.
